Field of work

I am educated as a social anthropologist and have a Cand. Polit. Degree from the University of Bergen. Also, I have a  Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), Psychology, and Pedagogy of Supervision. I have a doctorate in education from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.

My work experience range from refugee services, child welfare, primary school, education for adults, and higher education. The research interests that I am interested in are cultural diversity, education, and leadership. The title of my thesis is Difference, sameness and diversity. Pedagogical leadership and parenthood i culturally diverse kindergartens.
