Open Call for External Evaluators

ERASMUS+ CoVE Action: H2CoVE - Hydrogen Centres of Vocational Excellence Project

The Consortium of project partners is pleased to officially announce the opening of the call for 2 External Evaluators for the project. Starting from 1. April 2024 we invite professionals with relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies to join us on the project’s innovative journey.

  3. You will help the Consortium develop best practices in enhancing VET skills ecosystems in Hydrogen across 5 regions in Europe as well as invest in the assurance of high-quality delivery of inter-regional cooperation.

Expertise needed 

We are looking for experienced evaluators with expertise in one or several areas: Erasmus+ large-scale projects, Centres of Vocational Excellence, evaluation and quality checks of Erasmus+ projects, and multi-sectoral liaising in large scale projects.  

Role and responsibilities

You will be part of the Quality Group and work closely with the internal Quality Officers and the second External Expert. The group will design and develop an Evaluation and Quality plan for the project, and perform quality exercises throughout the project period to enhance the deliveries of the project. Based on the checks you will produce reports and make joint quality recommendations to the project coordinator.

Contract and payment

The total budget for the external evaluator is 20 400 EUR over the project period. A contract will be signed between the subcontracting authority and the evaluator. See payment plan in Terms of Reference (ToR) for details.
