Exchange programmes

We can offer semester programmes and a wide range of courses to students from partner universities. The deadlines for applying to HVL are 15 April for the autumn semester and 15 October for the spring semester.

  • HVL to lead EU project that will motivate young people to ask questions

    The research project CIVIC STAGE aims to strengthen democratic citizenship among young people. New methods for learning will be tested on 3,200 young people in 11 different countries. Through training of teachers, the methods will be able to live on, influence curricula and be used throughout Europe.

    Promoting community support for mental health

    For a person beginning to struggle with mental health issues, help on an individual level is often insufficient. A major European research project led from Førde in Norway will look into how communities can become the driving force for a better life.
