I am a PHD-Student in the project On Equal Grounds?Migrant Women's Participation in Labour and Labour Related Activities (EQUALPART) and I am associated with the PHD program Responsible innovation and regional ddevelopment (RESINNREG).
My research is about innovation in public services. I explore how migrant women experience participating in a new labor market initiative, and the outcome of a Supported Employment inspired labor market initiative.
In additon to holding a master degree in Healht Promotion, I am a nurse anesthetist with experiences from international fieldwork.
