International Road and Traffic Safety: Collaborative Research and Insights from Sri Lanka and Norway

The conference is organised by Sustainable Mobility and Transport Planning Research Group (SUSMOB).
The conference builds on an ongoing Norway–Sri Lanka collaboration on traffic safety, supported by the Research Council of Norway, and marks the formal launch of an international research and innovation network anchored around a concrete pilot project in Sri Lanka.
The purpose of the day is to establish a shared understanding of the challenge,
exchange knowledge between Norwegian and Sri Lankan partners, and lay the groundwork for a joint research agenda and future funding application.
