Field of work

I am a civil engineer, researching innovative monitoring for unstable rock slopes. My aim is that my research contributes to a better understanding of unstable rock slopes and the improvement of early warning systems.

I'm teaching Natural Hazards in the M.Sc programme Climate Change Management and in the international semester program Geohazards and Climate Change. In the B.Sc programme Geology and Geohazards, I teach GIS and Cartography.

Courses taught
  • GE-488 Natural Hazards
  • GE-413 Cartography and GIS
  • GE-491 Bachelor thesis in Geology
