Field of work
Research and teaching/supervision related to the Master's Programme in Responsible Innovation and Entrepreneurship, as well as teaching for students on other Innovation Master's programmes at HVL.
Collaborates with regional networks and organizations (Connect Vest/BAN, VIS Startup TTO and Startup, Startuplab, Media City, Eitri Incubator and other actors in the Ecosystem, including companies and startups. Works to strengthen student entrepreneurship in the region and contribute to a stronger dynamic and collaboration in the region between academia and ecosystem actors.
International collaboration with Stellenbosch University, University of Pretoria and University of Cape Town, through the Explore projects Sustenship and Suneco.
Education: Master thesis (cand.polit) in Economic geography from UIB, PhD (dr.oecon) in marketing (B2B Marketing, Interorg) from NHH (Norwegian School of Economics). Prevous carrier: Researcher in applied research at SNF (Bergen), Associate professor at BI, Norwegian Business School (Campus Bergen), Project leader NCE Subsea
Teaches
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Master's program. Has special responsibility for: MOØ240 Regional Practice Course for Individual Practice for 3 Master's Programs. Teaches innovation and entrepreneurship topics in several master's courses. Teaches and supervises on the PhD program Resinreg, and especially the PhD course: Doing Responsible Innovation.
