André Seidel is an Assistant Department Head – Economics and Regional Economics at the Høgskulen på Vestlandet (Western Norway University of Applied Sciences). His research focuses on economics, and he has published several papers on topics such as public goods, ethnic divisions, decentralization, profit shifting, corruption, international trade, and regional inequality.
