I work on a daily basis in Servicetorget at campus Sogndal.
- Servicetorget is the service & information center of HVL / Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, and here you're always welcome!
In the 3rd floor, you'll find the counter where we work with customer service primarily aimed at students, but also for employees and visitors on campus.
Together with the rest of the ST team, I man the main phone line of HVL, as well as manage other things such as:
- Study administrative case processing
- Production & administration of access cards & system
- Parking permits (for employees & partners)
- Info screens on campus
- Office supplies logistics (mail) & warehousing
