I have worked at HVL since 2019, and currently teach on the bachlor in Public Health with a focus on Nutrition, and in Food and Health in the primary school teacher education. How school meals can affect nutrition and social inequalities is one of my main research areas, and I am also involved in a study of the effect of the Food and Health subject. I have previously worked within nutrition affiliated with the University of Bergen / Center for Nutrition, where my research focused on how different sources of protein and fat affect obesity and risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
