PhD Research Fellow in Public sector innovation at the Department of Business Administration at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL). Kjersti Tandberg is a PhD Candidate in the p.hd.-programme Responsible Innovation and Regional Development (RESINNREG). Her research project aims to explore co-creation as a strategy for integration and social inclusion of migrants in the Nordic countries.

Kjersti Tandberg holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's in Social Anthropology from the University of Bergen (UiB). In addition, she has broad work experience from mental health services and public health work with voluntary organizations in Norway.
