Field of work
In 2019, Kristine completed her master's degree in Innovation and Management (MIL) at Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) and started in the position as university lecturer at HVL shortly afterwards. Prior to that, she completed a year of study in Psychology and a double bachelor's degree in International Marketing and International Business. Kristine's areas of interest include:
- innovation and service innovation,
- project management and teamwork,
- sustainable development and circular economy
- entrepreneurship and business development, including:
- development of business ideas and models.
She works primarily with teaching and supervision of students in administrative subjects that deal with the above-mentioned areas of interest.
Now teaches:
- ING124 Introduction to engineering professional practice and working methods (teaches project part of the subject)
- ØMF190 Bachelor thesis, administration and management (supervisor)
- ØAA117 Practical project management and sustainable innovation
- MØO224 Innovation in interdisciplinary student teams
