Kristine Risdal-Andersen

Field of work

n 2019, Kristine completed her Master's degree in Innovation and Management (MIL) at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL) and immediately started her position as a lecturer at HVL. Before that, she completed a one-year study in Psychology and a double Bachelor's degree in International Marketing and International Business. Kristine's areas of interest include:

  • Innovation and service development
  • Project management and teamwork
  • Sustainable development and circular economy
  • Strategy
  • Entrepreneurship and business development, including the development of business ideas and models.

She primarily focuses on teaching and mentoring students in administrative subjects related to the aforementioned areas of interest.

In addition to this, she serves as the "verneombud" for IØA Bergen and as the campus "verneombud" for campus Bergen.
