Field of work
Margareth Eilifsen work as a teacher and researcher in pedagogy at HVL, with a special focus on profession-oriented pedagogy in the kindergarten teacher education. In 2026, she have been allocated a year for academic updating and research, to develop her own competence in professional practices in BLU, educational leadership, and the connections between formal and informal learning practices. She actively participate in research groups and academic development processes and work to renew both teaching and academic content. Her commitment lies in strengthening research-based teaching and contributing to a close and meaningful link between research, professional education, and the field of practice.
