I have over 25 years of experience in entrepreneurship & innovation research and teaching. My special interests include entrepreneurial intentions, female entrepreneurship, digitalization of business, maritime business, and green business models.
I have industrial experience in shipping and shipbuilding. I have been a member of boards at different Norwegian firms and organizations, among others deputy chairman of the board at Riksteatret.
I am also a member of editorial boards at several journals in innovation, entrepreneurship, shipbuilding, and strategic management.
