Field of work
I am a graduate chemist and lecturer, and have a master's degree in teacher education, advocacy, and development. I have worked as a secondary school teacher in both Trondheim and Førde. I have supervised students and had the responsibility for several classes (kontaktlærar). In the master thesis I wrote about Bildung and education, and I am generally concerned with how we can achieve a good development for children and juveniles from kindergarten to high school.
Today I work as a PhD candidate and am part of the national project for teacher recruitment. My project concerns how the kindergarten sector constructs responsibility for recruiting and retaining kindergarten teachers.
