Printing

HVL's system for copying, scanning and printing of documents for students, is based on student card and card readers on the printers.

New students and employees who do not have a card can log in to the printers by entering their username and password directly on the printer. The username for students is their student number.

Once the card is activated, use it to log in by holding it over the card reader on the printer.
