Assessment of internship environments in radiography in Norway.

Project summary

The survey will examine students’ experiences of the clinical placement learning environment. It will focus on students’ induction and reception at the placement site. The survey will assess the alignment between work tasks and learning objectives. It will explore the level and relevance of learning activities. Access to supervision and feedback will be examined, as well as supervisors’ preparedness and pedagogical competence. The survey will investigate opportunities for active participation and reflective learning. It will also examine the development of students’ problem-solving skills. Integration into the workplace community, communication, and teamwork will be assessed. The availability of physical and digital resources will be explored. Finally, the survey will address inclusivity, equal treatment, and students’ perceived influence over their own learning.
