Project summary
The main goal of the project is to generate new knowledge about school leaders' conceptions and practice of knowledge management (KM) in a context of innovative school development, seeking to improve learning environments for and learning outcomes of the pupils. A major emphasis in this study will be put on a proactive use of the knowledge fed back to schools from the various quality assessments and their utilization in decisions aiming at innovative school improvement. The LEKMIS-project is planned as a pilot project to be implemented within a timeframe of one school year 2011-2012. The project work plan constitutes of three main activities: literature study, thematic interviews and a survey.
