Project summary
The CRIPSIE project focuses on conflict resolution with primary and pre-primary school children and aims to promote good practice for both teachers and trainee teachers. The main aim of this project is to help children improve the ways they deal with personal conflicts, including bullying and use them to help solve inter group conflicts including dealing with refugees and immigrants and with the threats posed by international tension and war in Europe and involving Europe. The main activities during the project period will involve the sharing of expertise and good practice via ICT linking, plus visits and conferences for students, teachers and staff to explore understandings and trial materials. The main output will be the production and dissemination of new teaching materials for the European in-service course in 2005.
