Project summary

This project is a cooperation between researchers and teachers in four countries - Norway, Sapin, Lithuania and Slovenia. The reading and writing in English of primary school pupils is being studied and assessed over time, with the aim of developing methods and tools for teachers to use in the assessment of young learner literacy. The project has been accepted into the ECML programme 2008-2011: Empowering language professionals
