Passion, grit and mindset in learning and development Individual growth mindset intervention - I can! The mindset intervention will consist of a psychoeducational presentation on brain plasticity. This intervention will be similar to the one used by Yeager et al. (2019) and will focus on the brain’s need for deliberate practice to build skills and knowledge and promote the idea that experts are always made and not born (Ericsson et al., 2007).
