Field of work
I have a master's degree in Engineering Cybernetics from NTNU and have 20 years of experience from the industry, including various management positions in the oil and gas supplier industry before I started at Bergen University College in November 2015.
Today, I work at the Department of Organizational Development and Digitalization, and have done so since the summer of 2023.
Previously, I have had the following tasks at HVL.
Through the Mohn Centre for Innovation and Regional Development, I worked outwardly towards the business community. This took place under the auspices of the Research Council's MobiFORSK programme. The main focus of the program is to help companies get started with R&D activity.
For the next two years, I was the project manager for the work of preparing for the concept of Activity-based workplaces for 300 employees at Kronstad. This was a lot about changing work behavior; Build more sharing culture and work in more flexible ways.
From October 2020, I worked on climate, environment and sustainability for the entire HVL together with the Sustainability Manager.
