Fagansvarlig/Head of research-based innovation in the Division for Research, Internationalisation and Innovation. I work primarily with innovation, external financing, commercialisation and IPR issues, and is the main contact at HVL regarding commercialisation of research and collaboration with our Technology Transfer Office, Vestlandets Innovasjonsselskap - VIS. I also have a role in the management of the internal funding programme of HVL for early-stage innovation projects, Program for ideutvikling. 

I also work with external financing for research and innovation projects, primarily under calls of the Norwegian Research Council, Horizon Europe and the EEA and Norway Grants.

I am a political scientist with a masters degree in comparative politics from the University of Bergen, focusing on the implementation of the EU Renewable Energy Directive from 2009 in Norway and the Baltic States. I have also worked three years as an EU advisor at the Stavanger Region European Office in Brussels from 2014-2017.
