Field of work
As Head of IT User-Oriented Services, I am responsible for the efficient operation, coordination, and further development of AV systems, procurement, licensing, and first-line support across the organization. I work to ensure that necessary technology and user support are available and functioning well for teaching, meetings, and general IT use, with a particular focus on simplifying and improving the efficiency of our services.
A key part of my role is to lead and coordinate resources across campuses, ensuring that we consistently deliver fast, reliable, and high-quality user support. I work continuously on the development and improvement of service delivery, in close collaboration with staff and management.
Key areas of responsibility:

AV systems: Overall responsibility for technical equipment in teaching spaces and meeting rooms, as well as recording solutions.

Procurement: Responsibility for the procurement of AV equipment, IT equipment for new employees, and general licenses.

First-line support: Overall responsibility for on-site IT support across all campuses, telephone support for general IT and AV issues, and the management and further development of the IT service management system.

Coordination and resource management: Prioritization, leadership, and coordination of resources across campuses to ensure efficient and stable operations.

Development and improvement: Systematic work on simplification, standardization, and further development of user-oriented services.
