Digital Submission of Paper Exams
School exams written on paper must be submitted digitally through WISEflow
In some subjects, it is preferable for students to write on paper, for example in science subjects with numerous calculations. To ensure that examiners have quick and secure access to submissions, students will need to upload their work digitally. If this applies to your subject, you will receive information about it in Studentweb and by email before the exam.
You must bring a mobile phone or potentially a PC to the examination venue. The mobile phone must be put away in a designated place during the regular exam time. After the exam is finished, you will scan the papers, create a PDF of your work, and upload it to WISEflow using either a mobile phone or a PC. You can use the scanning app you prefer, such as MS Office Lens or Notes on the iPhone. The entire sheet must be scanned, in the correct order and orientation. Candidate number and page numbers must be visible on each page. The work must be submitted as a single PDF file. You will have time to upload after the regular exam time if needed. You will need to get a password from the exam supervisor in the venue to submit. Paper responses will also be collected and will be available for internal examiners if needed.
