10:00: Exchange students meet at campus entrance A (main entrance) for a welcome to HVL in the Global Lounge

10:30: Campus tour for exchange students with student assistant and buddies

11:00–11:45: Opening ceremony for all new students and staff (outdoor)

11:45–13:00: Free light lunch is served for new students

14:00: Fadder programme for all new students to HVL

10:00, room D112: Meeting the locals – event for exchange students

11:15: Survival kit for exchange students – by the student organization Sammen

12:00: Free sandwich lunch for exchange students

13:00: Orientation for exchange students from the library and guided tour to the library

13:45: Orientation for exchange students from the Student Organizations

14:00: Fadder programme for all new students to HVL
