Monday, August 14th

09.00: Full degree students meet their study program

10.00: Exchange students meet our student assistant in Global Lounge for a welcome to HVL

10.30: Campus tour for exchange students with student assistant and buddies

11.00–11.45: Welcome ceremony for all students and staff (outdoor)

12.00–13.00: Free light lunch is served for new students

14:00: Fadder programme for new students to HVL

Tuesday, August 15th

10.15–16.00: Student organizations, student democracy, the library, HVL Skape (Create), the Learning Lab and Sammen (student welfare society) introduce themselves at campus

14:00: Fadder programme for new students to HVL

Wednesday, August 16th

14.00–17.00: Sammen (student welfare society) hosts a fair for all student organizations at the student center (in city center)

16.00: Full degree students are welcome to participate in the Fadder programme

Thursday, August 17th

10.15–15.00: Student democracy, the library and the faculties have info stands at campus

Friday, August 18th

10.00–14.00: Student organizations, the library, student counselling and Sammen have info stands at campus

10.00: Sports day at campus

18.00: Concert at Koengen (for all students, outdoor)
