Our NEIGHborhood - BelOnging and cultuRal Sustainability (NEIGHBORS)

Purpose and aim of the network project.

  • to promote practices on ECEfS with major focus on belonging as cultural sustainability
  • to enhance cross-cultural cooperation
  • to explore the use of digital communication for cross-cultural collaboration
  • to share examples on ECE for belonging as cultural sustainability

Participants

  • All participating kindergartens and universities

Theoretical perspectives

 

Impact

  • Children’s participation in give voices to how the recreation hall should be organized (Norway)
  • Children and teachers send suggestions to the local authority on giving some space to pets especially dogs in their park (Children).
  • Being invited as keynote speakers to present the project
