DØL200 Semester assignment digital economics and management

Course description for academic year 2023/2024

Contents and structure

The term paper must be an in-depth academic work based on private or public business or deepening in a relevant theoretical area. The paper must contribute to a knowledge-based summary of the year's unit.

The candidate chooses a topic from one of the subjects in the program or a topic that combines knowledge from the subjects.

The candidate can choose whether the essay should be purely theoretical as a summary of research or combine theory and empirical data.

The student chooses the topic and issue in dialogue with the course coordinator.

The students are assigned a supervisor who contributes to ensuring that academic elements and research work are taken care of in a responsible manner. The students regularly communicate the progress of the work to the college's supervisor, and possibly to the client's contact person, through oral and written status reports.

The term paper must be completed in line with the guidelines for academic writing and a supervision agreement must be signed.
