Enhancing anti-bias competences of ECE through video-coaching

The ABC4T project aims to reduce social inequality in the kindergarten sector and contribute to social justice in the education of kindergarten teachers.

The project seeks to enhance early childhood educators' competences on anti-bias and anti-discriminatory practices, in a politicaly and socially turbulent Europe.

One of the goals of the ABC4T project is establishing a continuing education course, using video coaching. This course is being piloted, tested and developed in cooperation with several kindergartens.

The project also aims to create a free digital toolbox, which will contribute to enhancing anti-discrimination competences in the kindergarten sector and in kindergarten teacher educations across Europe. Different European countries are represented in the project, with participants from Belgium, Poland, Norway, Austria and Spain.
