Field of work
My main focus areas are nutrition related to various challenges i society, food literacy, school meals, public health and the school subject food and health.
My daily work involves teaching, supervision and research related to the Bachelor in Public Health with focus on nutrition and physical activity and teacher education in food and health. I am also working in the National Center for Food, Health and Physical Activity at HVL.
