Field of work
Educated as a vocational teacher and holds a master’s degree in nutrition, health, and environmental studies from Stabekk College/Oslo Metropolitan University. Doctoral work on the health effects of lean seafood.
Leads the research project TASTE, which aims to enable children to make informed and reflective food choices based on critical thinking. In the TASTE project, the school subject Food and Health in primary school is central.
