Schedules

You will find your schedule in TimeEdit, our system for schedules.

You can look up the schedule for your study programme and your courses, in addition to your schedule. To get to your personal schedule ("Min timeplan") for the courses you are enrolled in, you have to be logged in with Feide. To log in, first choose your campus. It is also possible to look up the schedule for your study programme or course without logging in. In that case, choose "Åpen inngang HVL – krever ikke innlogging".

For the time being, TimeEdit is not fully available in English. If you choose the English language setting, you may get a mix of English and Norwegian. You have to be registrered to find your schedule based on your student number. Note that it may take a few days after registration.

The schedule from the TimeEdit calendar is also exported to the calendar in Canvas. The schedule set from TimeEdit is the only legitimate one.

Find your schedule in TimeEdit

Log into "Min timeplan"

  1. In TimeEdit, choose the student entrance for your campus.
  2. Log in with your Feide login.
  3. In "Min timeplan" ("my schedule") you will see your schedule with all your courses. Note that you have to be registered for the semester in Studentweb to be able to use your student number to search. Your schedule will be accessible a few days after you have registered.

New student? If you haven't registered yet, you can still view your schedule. Pick "Åpen inngang HVL – krever ikke innlogging" and look up the study programme you are about to start.

When is the schedule published?

Free period/Democracy time from 14.00 Wednesdays

Wednesdays between two and five PM, there is a free period called "Democracy time" for students and faculty. As a rule, there are no classes during this period.
