Present your research at the library

Our campus libraries are venues for sharing knowledge, and we can assist with practical arrangements. We’ll help organize the venue, sound, streaming, posters, promotion, and even refreshments.

How would you like to present your research?

Written an article? In the middle of an exciting project? Our research lunches are the perfect arena to present and discuss your work.

Fresh off the press? We’ll help you set up a launch event that brings authors and readers together for lively conversation.

Do you have something to put on display? Our exhibition spaces are open for creative and academic showcases. We also feature new books regularly, and highlight HVL staff research across our campuses.

Working on an artistic or creative project? The library is a stage for your work — and we’d love to help you share it.
