Project summary
Project Summary: Through simulation methodology, health professionals can train interdisciplinary communication. Access to documentation may be inadequate, and incomplete or incorrect documentation may go beyond the quality of the health service. However, the use of international classification for nursing practice (ICNP) may be useful in nursing practice.
The purpose of the article is to focus on the use of simulation as a method to train interdisciplinary communication and documentation. Furthermore, we will highlight the focus on ICNP as a communication tool between nurses and other occupational groups in the health services.
Relevance and usefulness: The article will be relevant for nurses and nursing students, as well as other healthcare professionals. Increased focus on documentation, communication and simulation as a method of training on both documentation and communication can affect patient safety and the quality of nursing.
