Project summary
TThe focus of this project is to investigate learning processes in emergency work, in particular in large cooperation exercises and in the fire brigades. Based on the findings, suggestions for improved learning strategies will be suggested.
Method
Emergency training sessions will be attended to for investigating the learning strategies. Key personnel will be interviewed. Learning plans and results from emergency training sessions will be analyzed and compared with findings in the international literature. Improved methods for emergency planning and emergency handling will be tested and improvements suggested.
