Orientation Days
The orientation days for exchange students take place at the beginning of each semester. During these days you will get necessary information about being a student at HVL. We look forward to seeing you all at our campuses!
The official semester start of the autumn semester of 2026 is August 10th.
There will be two orientation events. The first is a digital orientation meeting on Zoom on 23 June. The second will be a physical orientation in August, on the campus you are going to. See the preliminary programme for your campus below.
Below is a recording of the digital orientation meeting for spring 2026. You will find a recording from June which includes information from the Student Welfare Organisation, Sammen. They couldn't participate in the meeting on the 15th of December, so please view the June-meeting for information about their services.
