Design of HR measures or HR activities associated with planning, recruitment, achievement, rewards, competence development, and carriers. The effects of HR measures. The relationship between measures, HR systems, and management. Framework conditions and trends in working life that can influence HR activities in an organization.

• Has insight into various institutional conditions and environmental characteristics that can have significance for how a company manages its HR.

BØA112 Organization and management and ØKB1113 Organizational Psychology and Management. Relevant practical experience may be considered.
