Course description for academic year 2021/2022

Learning Outcome

Knowledge:

The student:

  • Has knowledge about the similarities and differences between various sectors, the role of public organizations in society, management systems, and ways of working.
  • Has insight into the cooperation between parties in Norwegian labor relations, arrangements for representation, negotiation systems and the balance of power, as well as the background for the development of these traits.
  • Has knowledge about how characteristics of European working life such as the EEA Agreement and the EU affect Norwegian working life.

Entry requirements

BØA112 Organization and management and ØKB1113 Organizational Psychology and Management. Relevant experience may be considered.

Project with feedback along the way, 3 weeks, 40%

Written exam, 4 hours, 60%
