The topic covers: family and inheritance law, accommodation, administrative law, renting of business premises, liens, tort and labour law.

Solve practical and legal problems and to answer teoretical problems.

General competence:

Be aware of miminum rights established in the different legal regulations.

Recommended previous knowledge

It is recommended to have taken EM6-1000 and EM6-2000.

Lectures, practice lessons and exercises.

Maximum three written assignments.

Written exam, 4 hours.
