Contents and structure

This course offers a basic understanding of intercultural communication, emphasizing the role of culture in both verbal and non-verbal communication in workplace settings. Students will explore cultural differences, stereotypes, and communication styles, learning strategies to effectively communicate and collaborate in a multicultural workforce.
