This course provides an overview of collaboration and the work environment in maritime organisations. Join us to explore and reflect on key aspects such as psychological safety, bullying and harassment, trust, diversity, and the importance of creating environments that support human operators

- The student understands the concept "psychosocial work environment"
- The student is familiar with some important principles for developing a psychosocial work environment
Skills
- The student can describe a good working environment, with focus on protective factors and risk factors
- The student can reflect on protective factors and risk factors in their own psychosocial work environment
General competence
- The student gains a wider perspective on supporting safety
- The student has a recognition of how humans contribute to safety and how they can be supported
- The student is familiar with some important and current aspects relevant for psychosocial work environment in the broader maritime industry, such as bullying and harassment and life-work balance.
- The student should be able to discuss basic elements of psychosocial work environment with others, using relevant terminology.
