- has comprehensive knowledge in searching for literature and criticism of the sources

- is able to work out conkrete and relevate problems for discussion derived from one's own subject area
- is able to initiate and plan quality development at one's own workplace

- is able to analyse information sources critically and employ them in structuring and formulating professional reasonings

The Elderly and Health (15 credits), Disease/Illness Among the Elderly and Coordination (15 credits) and a optional course at level II providing min. 15 credits
