Associate professor in pedagogy at the Faculty of Education, Arts and Sports, Department of Teacher Education, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Norway. R&D contact at Rubbestadneset teacher education school. Currently researching the teaching profession, student-active learning methods, professional development and the use of artificial intelligence in education.
