Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH), Tyskland
OTH er et teknisk universitet med 11.000 studenter, og er ett av de største universitetene i Tyskland. Tilbyr 50 bachelor/masterprogram innenfor ingeniørfag, økonomi, design, arkitektur, helse og sosialfag. Ingen ph.d.- program. OTH koordinerer prosjektet INTREPID-HEI hvor HVL, UCA, VIVES, OUC og TTK deltar.
