Ovidius University of Constanța (OUC), Romania

Universitetet er det største i Europa ved Svartehavets kystlinje. Det tilbyr utdanning fra bachelor- til ph.d.-nivå innenfor et bredt spekter av fag, fra helsefag og ingeniørfag til humaniora og jus. Fakultet for teknologi, miljø- og samfunnsvitenskap deltar som partner i et EØS-prosjekt sammen med OUC, rettet mot entreprenørskap og reiseliv. OUC har rundt 18 000 nasjonale og 1 000 internasjonale studenter.
