Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool (TTK University of Applied Sciences)

TTK er en teknisk høyskole med hovedtyngde på ingeniørfag, men de tilbyr også studier i økonomi, arkitektur og sosialt arbeid. De er den minste institusjonen i Artemis alliansen med ca 3000 studenter. Foreløpig tilbyr de kun bachelorstudier, men har planer om å tilby sitt første masterprogram fra høsten 2025.

TTK har to campus. Ett hovedcampus i Tallin og et lite campus i Mõdriku i nord-øst Estland hvor de tilbyr bl.a sosialt arbeid.
