Jeg har nylig fullført Marie Skłodowska-Curie postdoktorstipendet, som leder MobileWorlds (EU-nettside her - prosjektnettsted her). Jeg utviklet prosjektet sammen med professor Wendy Tan. Feltarbeid ble utført i Bergen, Norge, og Porto, Portugal.
MobileWorlds utforsket hvordan vi som mennesker kan bryte ut av lite hjelpsomme bokser 📦 (eller til og med identifisere boksene vi pleier å bruke) og tenke nytt om individuelle, gruppe- og systemiske veier for våre felles fremtider, og for kommende generasjoner. For å gjøre dette kombinerte vi innsikter fra ulike områder, og knyttet planlegging til geografi, kunst, ettervekst, økonomi, historie, psykologi, barn, litteratur og mer. Jeg knytter forskningen spesielt til området mobilitet, nærhet og transport, men reflekterer også over deres relevans utenfor dette feltet.
Jeg arbeider også innen deltakelse og samskapelse mer generelt, (deltakende) "vannkulturer" (Cultures of Water) (se f.eks. New European Bauhaus-prosjektet Minante og spesialutgaven om "Cultures of Water"), og innen post-vekst, samarbeids- og alternativ planlegging, med anvendelser innen områdene som:

og mer.
Undervisningskurs
Jeg foreleser i MOA256-kurset om vitenskapelig teori og metoder, som jeg tidligere har vært med på å koordinere, og (med)veileder avhandlinger i MOA300. Jeg er også gjesteforeleser i andre kurs, som MOA270 om bydesign for bærekraftig mobilitet, sammen med Wendy Tan.
