I am currently working as a PhD research fellow in the Department of Business Administration at HVL. My research project aims to explore whether co-creation is an effective strategy for fostering the integration of ethnic minorities and how it can be utilzied for achieving that prupose.
Previously I have worked as a researcher and youth worker for various national and international civil society organizations, and as a teamleader in the sales department at the Norwegian Red Cross.
I hold a master's degree in Planning and Governance from Volda University College.
