PreGO
PreGO er eit innovativt digitalt beslutningsstøtteverktøy som støttar jordmødre og legar i vurderingen av graviditetsrelaterte risikofaktorar i ein migrasjonskontekst. Den noverande fasen fokuserer på å evaluere verktøyet si gjennomførbarheit, brukarvennlegheit og kliniske relevans.
Vi rekrutterar for tida ein ph.d.-stipendiat som skal bidra til utviklinga og evalueringa av PreGO gjennom tre studiar:
- Ein brukervennligheitsstudie som undersøker klinikarar sine oppfatningar av PreGO i klinisk praksis.
- Ein Delphi-studie der målet er å etablere konsensus blant klinikarar om migrasjonsrelaterte faktorar, utfallsvariablar og vektingsprinsipp som skal inkluderast i verktøyet.
- Ein nasjonal registerstudie som undersøker assosiasjonar mellom migrajonsrelaterte faktorar som mor sitt fødeland og tid i landet, og uheldige utfall som preterm fødsel
I tillegg gjennomfører vi kvalitative studiar innanfor det breiare PreGO-prosjektet som utforskar klinikarar og kvinner sine erfaringar med vurdering av graviditetsrisiko og bruk av PreGO. Desse studiane skal informere vidareutviklinga og den framtidige implementeringa av verktøyet.
For å støtte dei kvalitative komponentane i prosjektet vil masterstudentar i jordmorfag bidra til datainnsamling og analyse.
