MishMash HVL: Kick-off workshop

Er du nysgjerrig på kunstig intelligens, og hva det kan bety for deg og samfunnet vi lever i? Lurer du på hvordan KI kan påvirke kreativitet, og hvilke konsekvenser dette samspillet kan ha for nåtidens og fremtidens utdanning, kultur og i ulike organisasjoner? Kom på workshop tirsdag 13. januar - så starter vi utforskningen av disse spørsmålene sammen! 

Are you curious about artificial intelligence, and what it could mean for you and the society we are part of? Have you wondered how AI can impact creativity, and the possible consequences this combination might have on education, culture, and different organizations? Join us in a workshop where we will start exploring those questions together at Kronstadtorget, January 13! 

Velkommen til MishMash @HVL kick-off

I dette MishMash @HVL oppstarts-verkstedet inviterer vi deg til å bli med på et storskala forsknings- og praksis-basert initiativ med fokus på KI og kreativitet. HVL er partner i MishMash – Senter for KI og kreativitet, et nytt nasjonalt senter som er i etableringsfasen. Hovedformålet vårt er å skape, utforske, og reflektere rundt kunstig intelligens for, gjennom, og i kreative praksiser. Vi vil undersøke hvordan KI påvirker kreative prosesser, utvikle innovative samskapende KI-systemer, og adressere etiske, kulturelle, og sosiale implikasjoner av KI på ulike kreative områder. 

Workshopen tar utgangspunkt i å skape et felles mulighetsrom for idegenerering, samarbeid og samspill på tvers av fag- og interessefelt, utdanning og næringsliv. Alle som er interesserte i kreativitet og kunstig intelligens (om du er student, ansatt, fra HVL eller utenfor) er varmt velkomne til å delta - for å sitere lederen av senteret, Alexander Jensenius (UiO): "MishMash is what we make it into". 

Workshopen inneholder innlegg både på engelsk og norsk. Hvis du ønsker å delta online vil du motta en zoom-lenke når du registrerer deg, så vil du få muligheten til å observere presentasjoner og dele ideer digitalt.

Welcome to MishMash @HVL kick-off 

In this MishMash @HVL kick-off workshop, we are inviting you to be a part of an upcoming large-scale research- and practice-based initiative focusing on AI and creativity. HVL is a partner in MishMash – Centre for AI and Creativity, a new national center dedicated to exploring the intersection of AI and creativity. The primary objective is to create, explore, and reflect on AI for, through, and in creative practices. We will investigate AI’s impact on creative processes, develop innovative CoCreative AI systems, and address AI’s ethical, cultural, and societal implications in creative domains. 

The workshop will be centered around idea generation, co-creation and collaborations, working together in a latent space of possibilities across interests and backgrounds. Everyone interested in creativity and AI are warmly welcomed to join in, whether you are a student, employee, from inside or outside of the HVL organization. To quote the leader of the center, Alexander Jensenius (UiO): "MishMash is what we make it into". 

The workshop will be held in English and Norwegian. For those joining online, a Teams/Zoom link will be sent upon registration. Note that interactive workshop elements work best in person—online participants will be able to observe presentations and Q&A.
